Eligibility for membership
- Candidates who head up the Quality function in their organizations,
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a management or equivalent level role in any role of Quality Management.
- Candidates who head up other or related fields such as Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Compliance, are eligible to apply.
Levels of membership
Candidate membership
All new members will acquire this level of membership prior to progressing to the next levels of membership. This is an entry and holding level for all new members which is intended to be held for a period of not more than 12 months after first joining. A member at this level of membership is expected to progress to the certified level within the 12 months period of attaining this candidate level.
Certified membership
This membership level is conferred upon successful completion of the prescribed short learning programme (SLP) for Certified Director of Quality and Improvement. Successful candidates will be awarded with relevant certification of completion. Certified members are endorsed to assume roles as directors of Quality and Improvement in governing bodies of any organizations.
Chartered membership
This membership level is conferred upon successful completion of the prescribed short learning programme (SLP) for Chartered Director of Quality and Improvement.
Chartered members are also endorsed to assume roles as directors of Quality and Improvement in governing bodies of any organizations.
